The Hamilton is a beautiful two-storey home on a modest block in Baldivis, with a fresh, minimalist design style and free-flowing feel.
The builder combined the living room, kitchen and dining areas with the alfresco to maximise space on a limited 10m frontage block. They opted for multiple window openings, including large expanses of glass on the second storey.
Our job was to enhance the home’s architectural design, imbue light into living spaces and cultivate an entertainer lifestyle with glass.
To create an open-plan space with a seamless transition from inside and out, stacking doors or bi-fold doors are a must.
We chose bi-fold doors that neatly fold into each other, creating a wide corner opening for entertainment. To save space in the smaller living area, we installed stacking doors that easily slide out of sight.
We created a striking window look with a combination of awning windows for slimline elegance and silicone butt joints for frameless corners. Fixed light windows extended the glass to the ceiling for an expansive view.
Glass Co Metro also custom-designed durable and sophisticated shower screens, mirrors and sliding wardrobe doors that further accentuated the modern lines and high-end architectural look of this gorgeous home.
